Emprofen belongs to the Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs class of medicines. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, also called as NSAIDs, help reduce fever, decrease pain, and prevent clotting of blood. NSAIDs also reduce inflammation in the body when used in higher doses.
